Mediation is a conflict resolution process without requiring legal recourse, but by creating dialogue and co-operation between the conflicting parties. This leads to a desire to seek new solutions, commitments and agreements for the future.

We carry out mediation through a series of meetings which are held separately with those involved and then by bringing together the parties in the conflict.
