We evaluate the level of integration and commitment of staff and the way in which the current working climate affects their attitude and behaviour.

Evaluation of job posts
On the basis of a study of the staff team (competences, aptitudes, attitudes, motivation etc) we propose an organisational structure that most effectively uses Human Resources in the company.

Training Programmes
Having assessed the needs of the company, we design a training programme to ensure the staff are suited to and capable of delivering the requirements of their post of employment.
